Crossroads Board Members 2010 -2011


President, Lorri Field

Lorri Field started her career as a secretary for a small garage door company in 1982.  After working there for a while decided she enjoyed that career and attended Sawyer Business College to get her certificate as a legal secretary.  After graduated and not able to find a job in the legal field, she landed a job in civil engineering and worked in that field for 8 years climbing the latter and helping her boss start his own business and being the office manger.  Today Lorri works at Comerica Bank as a construction loan administrator.  At the end of 1999 she was introduced to IAAP and has held many positions on the board and the APW committee.  "I wish that I would have been introduced to IAAP years ago when I was first starting out"  Lorri has been a member for 10 years and is thankful for the educational and leadership opportunities that come from being a member.

Vice President and Secretary/Webmaster, Heather Bollman
Heather Bollman is an Executive Assistant at SAP in Palo Alto and current Treasurer for the IAAP Crossroads Chapter.  Her career has spanned a variety of high tech companies in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.  Heather has an Associates of Business from Cañada College in Redwood City, were she also studied Art History.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.  Some of her past time activities include sewing, miniature modeling, dirt bike riding, and gardening.


Treasurer, Linda Williams

Linda is an Executive Assistant at KPMG LLP in Mountain View and is the current Treasurer for the IAAP Crossroads Chapter.  After moving to Silicon Valley/Bay Area, Linda was in the mortgage business for many years supporting the President and Chairman of that company.  Linda’s career then took her into the accounting field, where for the past 14 years, is working at her second Big Four Accounting firm.  Linda is a graduate of an exclusive two-year secretarial school in Boston and attended West Valley College and Mission College.  Linda enjoys spending time with friends, aerobic classes, taking long walks with her rescue dog, reading, shopping and volunteer work.
