"Self Service vs. Self Managed Travel." Al Gilbert will give a brief history of the travel agency industry, and discuss the pros and cons of companies who choose to have their employees book business travel on the web in a self service unmanaged program vs. having a managed travel program where employees can still use the web, but on a self-managed basis.
